Chair massage can be a wonderful and safe way for a client to experience Massage for the first time. This type of massage is preformed through your clothing. No oils or undressing needed. Chair massage is usually preformed in a public setting like a gathering, mall, airport, event or festival, for a shorter amount of time; 5-30 minuets instead of the usual 1hour or longer. Eliminating a lot of the uncertainty a new client can experience; when receiving massage in a traditional setting. Just minor adjustments to clothing, hair and makeup are required before slipping seamlessly back into your work day... no one will even know you got a massage. Well except you won't have a care in the world left... they might notice that!

This stretches the back, drops the shoulders, and elongates the neck; so that there is room for the therapist to work the muscles.
